Smidge Home Products Private Limited was established in 2020 during the COVID period, with a focus on entering the stainless-steel water bottle market. Kasliwal Projects Limited holds a 50% stake in the company, and the board is managed by promoters Mr. Nitish Padam Jain and Mr. Anish Padam Jain, making it a subsidiary of KPL.

Smidge runs a fully integrated bottle manufacturing setup, where every process from pipe making to final packaging is handled in-house. The unit is equipped with modern machinery to carry out welding, neck forming, flattening, CNC shaping, trimming, tooling, electro-polishing, sandblasting, and leakage testing. Each bottle is cleaned, finished, fitted with caps, and packed with care.

Products are offered under distinct brand names like Breezer, Mountain, Wave, Adventure, and Gripper. Post-COVID market demand and the government’s import ban on Chinese steel bottles have contributed to strong growth. With a skilled team, complete process control, and high-quality standards, Smidge continues to meet the needs of today’s design- and function-driven consumers.
