Aramex Appliances Private Limited was acquired in 2022 as part of Kasliwal Projects Limited’s (KPL) strategic move into the pressure cooker and hard-anodized cookware segment. As a fully owned subsidiary, it plays a key role in expanding the group’s product portfolio in the kitchenware space.
Through this acquisition, we strengthened our in-house brand “TRUPTI” by introducing a new range of pressure cookers manufactured under the Aramex banner. It also gave rise to the “ARAMEX” brand focused on delivering durable, everyday kitchen solutions at competitive prices.
Aramex Appliances now manufactures products across both TRUPTI and ARAMEX brands, supporting the group’s vision to offer high-quality cookware that combines performance, safety, and design. This expansion has allowed us to meet growing demand and build stronger distribution across domestic markets.
